Brimington is a large village in Chesterfield and is situated 10 minutes from the town centre and around 20 minutes away from Crystal Peaks shopping centre and retail park. With a range of amenities and a friendly community, Brimington is a great place to call home. 



There are regular buses which run around Brimington going into the town centre and to further districts. 

Chesterfield Road is a good road network from the town centre towards Staveley. The M1 motorway is less than a 10 minute drive from Brimington meaning you have easy access to Nottingham. Sheffield and beyond. 

The train station is also less than 2 miles away and can be easily accessed via car, bus, taxi or walking.


There are a number of excellent schools in Brimington such as Brimington Manor Infants, and Henry Bradley Infants for the little ones, followed by Brimington Juniors for 7-11 year olds.

For the older children there are two local secondary schools. Netherthorpe School and Springwell Community College are both nearby in Staveley.
