Transport
Regular buses run along Sheffield Road, taking you to the town centre or into Sheffield City centre. For commuters, there is easy access to the A61 Bypass.
Chesterfield is a great, central location meaning buses, trains and motorways are never far, with Chesterfield train station less than a 10-minute drive from Whittington Moor.
Schools
Whittington Moor has access to a range of schools, including Whittington Moor Nursery and Infant Academy and Cavendish Junior School, both of which are good schools. Whittington Green School and Outwood Academy Newbold provide secondary education.
Amenities
Sheffield Road has a wide range of pubs, bars, restaurants, and independent shops as well as easy access to five of the major supermarkets including Tesco, Lidl and Aldi.
Stand Road Park is close by, and this offers free parking as well as playing host to a range of events including Sunday League Football, Chesterfield Pride, and the annual Family Fireworks Extravaganza at Bonfire Night.
